A catch up post.

I've been very bad about blogging since my last race. I really don't have an excuse other than life has been busy!

This is what I've been doing.....mostly in pictures.

M and I went on a lot of trail rides.

We encountered furry little beasts.

I got to feed an orphaned baby squirrel.

My Friend Deb and I went for her first open water swim.

Then we went on a bike ride.

Then we went for a run. A couple weeks later Deb raced her first tri!

A group of us went to a food truck dinner and had to have some cupcakes.

I took in some foster kittens from our local shelter.

They were both pretty little when they came.

I rode some foggy roads in training.

Dave and I went to Carmel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We took our bikes :)
